Mandoor Bhasma 10g by Krishna Gopal Ayurved Bhavan (Kaleda) is a classical Ayurvedic mineral-based preparation. While Lauha Bhasma is made from pure iron, Mandoor Bhasma is prepared from iron rust (ferrous oxide) that has been aged for at least 80–100 years.

Core Ingredient: Shuddha Mandoor (Purified aged iron rust), processed with Triphala decoction, Cow Urine, and Aloe Vera.

Mandoor Bhasma is primarily targeted at the blood and the liver-spleen axis.

• Anaemia (Pandu): It is a highly effective haematinic. It increases hemoglobin levels and is often easier to absorb than Lauha Bhasma.

• Liver Disorders: It is the “drug of choice” for liver issues like Jaundice (Kamala) and Fatty Liver, as it helps regulate bile flow and reduces bilirubin.

• Oedema (Swelling): Because it has mild diuretic properties, it is used to reduce swelling (Shotha) in the feet, face, or abdomen caused by liver or blood issues.

• Digestive Tonic: It improves appetite (Agnimandya) and treats conditions like piles and spleen enlargement (Pleeha Vriddhi).

• Amenorrhea: Traditionally used to manage absent or painful periods linked to iron deficiency.
