1. Terms of Shipping In India
- We at rajved.in only takes prepaid orders.
- We try to dispatch your order As soon as possible, but it can get delayed depending on availability of the product, As we deal in Many unique products Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to manufacturer delay, bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, wrong number, incomplete address, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- In case the product has been discontinued by the manufacturer, your entire money will be refunded.
- We guarantee that all products are specially packed to prevent them from damage and reach you intact. In case the product is damaged in transit, we will not charge you.

WHAT WILL BE THE FINAL PRICE TO PAY?
Product will be shipped only after realisation of the payment by payment partners.
CAN WE CANCEL ORDER AND GET REFUND?
Yes if you cancel order within 15 days 20% cancellation charges shall apply, after 15 days no cancellation charges 100% refund.
WHAT TO DO IF PRICE OF PRODUCT CHANGES?
Our team is trying its level best to maintain the current price of the product but due to limitation in the number of products you might find revision in the price and we will request the difference amount to be paid if the price hike is more than 10 % of the price paid.

Product will be shipped only when there is no dues left to be paid by the customer.
WHAT IF PRODUCT IS STUCK IN OCTROI, OR HELD BY ANY REGULATORY BODY?
We at Raj Ayurveda will not be reponsible for any Product held by the respective authorities of the respective countries by virtue of there nature or any charges to be paid by the customer. Customer will have to clear the parcel on there own by paying the respective fees.
