Doses: 2 Tabs twice a day 3 months before meal.
Do’s: Chapati, green leafy vegetables, fruits, moongdal, milk, rice, coconut, garlic in vegetables mixed with garlic, buttermilk, use of ginger & lemon in meals.
Don’t: Food causing constipation & belching like wadapav, misal, cold drink, stale food, excessive smoking and alcohol consumption.
Daily Regime: Light exercise like walking, jogging, yoga etc.
