Sangeyahud Bhasma (also known as Hajrul Yahood Bhasma or Ber Patthar Bhasma) is a classical Ayurvedic mineral formulation derived from a fossilized stone known as “Jewish Stone” (Lime Silicate).

Composition & Preparation

• Primary Ingredient: Shuddha Sangeyahud (Purified Fossil Encrinite/Lime Silicate).

• Process: The raw stone is heated until red hot and dipped in a specific decoction (usually Kulthi Kwath or Radish juice) multiple times for purification (Shodhana). It is then ground and subjected to the Puta (incineration) process to create a micro-fine, absorbable ash.

• Reference: Prepared according to the classical text Rasendra Sar Sangrah.

• Antipruritic: Traditionally used to manage skin conditions like itching, ringworm, and vesicular eruptions due to its cooling nature.
