• Shuddha Gairika (Purified Red Ochre): The primary ingredient; a natural iron oxide that has powerful cooling (Sheeta) and anti-acid properties to neutralize excessive stomach acid.

• Shunti (Zingiber officinale): Dry ginger is used here in a specific ratio to balance the cooling effect of Gairika, aiding digestion without increasing heat.

• Nagavalli Swarasa (Betel Leaf Juice): Used as the processing medium (Bhavana) to grind the powders; it enhances the absorption of the minerals and provides carminative benefits.
